In January 2006, CFF launched the ElderOnline elder care information service,providing older adults, their caregivers, and families with quick easy access to information on a wide array of supportive services for the elderly. The service is free, and hundreds of families have used it to obtain current lists of services like senior centers, nursing homes, adult day programs, home health agencies, and many more. Most families access ElderOnline via this website. For those who are unable to access the Internet, the service is only a phone call away. In an effort to reach as many families as possible, FWC also works closely with a variety of elder care community agencies, making the complete ElderOnline database accessible to them to help them better serve their client families.

According to U.S. Census figures, the number of Delawareans over 60 years of age will double in the next 25 to 30 years. This means that more and more families will be actively searching for support services for themselves or their elderly loved ones. There is no fee for your program to be listed in CFF’s ElderOnline database, and it provides you with an excellent opportunity to connect with potential clients.
