Serving families, employers, child care providers, and the community-at-large, FWC provides a broad scope of services that help people manage their work and life responsibilities.
For the community, we provide a free child care service (AccessCare), elder care referral service (ElderOnline), and respite care service (RespiteOnline) for care providers who offer respite care in Delaware.
Our services to child care providers—training, resource center network, and grants, to name a few— increase the supply and and improve the quality of care. Many of our community services represent collaborations with state agencies, human service organizations, higher education, and other partners.
Our corporate services include enhanced resource and referral services, Just in Time Care (our comprehensive backup dependent care program), worksite camp fairs and elder care fairs, and on-site school-age programs on snowy days and school holidays.
